To place an order with Nancy’s Creations, please contact us.

Nancy’s Creations accepts the following payment options through paypal. 

Shipping and handling

Shipping and handling of $6.95 will be applied to all orders.  Shipping and handling is free for orders over $150.  All orders will be shipped USPS.  There is an additional fee for express shipping.  Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Your jewelry will be shipped within 48 hours.  Once shipped, you will receive your ground service tracking number, and your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.  For next day overnight and 2nd day air deliveries, please email us.

California residents, your order will automatically add state sales tax at 9.75%.

We will add you to our mailing list so that we can make you aware of future new jewelry releases, shows and sale events.  If you do not wish to be contacted, simply let us know.  Please tell us where you heard about Nancy’s Creations.  If you would like to place a phone order, or discuss custom designed jewelry, please call us at 310-453-5916.
 

Terms and Conditions

When you order jewelry from Nancy’s Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

All of our jewelry is handmade.  Slight variations in size and color occur because of the individual nature of this process.  Although we strive to make our photographs true to life, please be aware that different computer screens can show colors differently.  

Standard orders (less than $150) will be shipped via ground service for a flat shipping & handling fee.  Express shipping is subject to a higher S&H fee.

We accept returns for all jewelry except custom orders and sale items.  Returns are accepted for store credit only, excluding shipping and handling.  Items to be returned must be sent back to Nancy’s Creations within 10 days of receipt.  Upon our receipt of the jewelry in its original condition, we will send you a store credit notice.  Nancy’s Creations is not responsible for jewelry lost in transit as it is being returned.

When purchasing from Nancy’s Creations, you agree to hold Nancy’s Creations harmless from any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from any products and your use of them.
